Hometown: New York
In a sea of new artists emerging in today's music world, 15-year-old Justin Charles aims to create pop music that makes people feel happy. When producers and writers, Jordan Wright and Andrew Leigh from Los Angeles first heard the demos from Charles they were floored by the melodic structure and range in the then 13-year-olds' songs. In May of 2018, Charles was sent to Los Angeles, CA to start writing his first studio single with Wright and Leigh, which would later be titled “3-2-1.” He has since been writing new records including "Never Know" which was released back in June of 2019 and has since climbed to over 30,000 streams on Spotify. In the midst of all of this, he has also been a supporting act on a Canadian tour and has done many shows for his fans back home in New York. Each person that has seen him live is captivated by his charisma and confidence on stage. Justin hopes to break the mold of throwaway artists that is common within today’s standards of music while still creating fun, feel-good tracks. Many more things to come from the now 15-year-old artist.
